	Bed Bug Kit 2 Bed Bug Kit - 4 Rooms Product Details: Features: The Kit Contains: 1 / Drion 1 lb 1 / Suspend SC liquid insecticide 4 / D-Force HPX aerosol 3 / Gentrol IGR (Insect growth regulator) 1 / Gentrol Aerosol 16 oz This kit provides you with the professional products necessary to do a complete bed bug treatment in approximately 4 bedrooms in your home. The Drion kills bed bugs in cracks and crevices and under baseboards and prevents the bed bugs from infesting other rooms. Suspend SC liquid insecticide and D-Force HPX aerosol can be sprayed on the carpets, chairs, bed frames, and inside dresser drawers and closets. D-Force HPX is sprayed directly on the tufts, folds and seams of the mattress. The Suspend SC is an insecticide concentrate that is mixed with water and applied with a 1-gallon sprayer. Finally, three 1 oz. vials of Gentrol IGR (Insect growth regulator) are included to add in with your Suspend SC mix to stop the adult bed bugs from being able to reproduce. Make sure to cover the mattress with a mattress cover after treatment and before sleeping and do not spray any sheets, bedding or clothing! Things to know before the treatment 1. Remember before treating to take all the bed sheets and bed spreads off and wash them in hot water. Vacuum the floor and use an attachment to vacuum furniture, upholstry, and along the basebaords and in cracks. Tightly seal and throw away the vacuum bag. If the infestation is severe, you may have to remove clothing from drawers and closets and wash them in hot water as well. 2. Read all of the product labels before using the products. Each product label has special information on treating bed bugs. 3. Wear protective clothing: long pants, long-sleeve shirt, gloves, and make sure the room is ventilated. The aerosol cans will have a slight odor. 4. Let the room sit for at least 30 mins. - 1 hour after treatment so the insecticides can dry. Once they are dry, cover the mattress with a mattress cover. Once everything is dry it will be safe for humans and pets. Tips for the Initial Treatment 1. Drion - apply under the base boards and in the wall voids (if possible) all the way around the room using the hand duster. Better yet, apply the dust along the outer-side of the walls (in adjoining rooms) to prevent Bed Bugs from fleeing to another area of the house during treatment. Fill up the hand duster half-way full with dust to allow room for air in the duster. You don't need to pack the cracks with dust--a small amount works just fine. Follow the label for more ways to treat bed bugs with Drion. Do not spread the dust on the carpets. 2. Suspend SC + Gentrol IRG - Fill up a 1 gallon sprayer half-way full with water, add 1-2 oz. of Suspend SC concentrate and one bottle of Gentrol IGR, mix the solution by shaking or stirring, and then fill the sprayer up the rest of the way with water to make 1 full gallon. Turn the sprayer to a low-pressure setting, and spray around the edges of the room along the baseboards, and spot-treat areas of the carpet itself if needed. Spray in the closet around the edges. Also spray behind bed frames and headboards, beneath beds and furniture, and bedsprings. You should dismantle the bed and take it apart to make sure you get all of the cracks. DO NOT spray the mattress or furniture top surfaces with Suspend. 3. D-Force HPX - Spray the tufts, folds, and seams of the mattress until moist. Spot treat furniture and carpets where you may have missed with the Suspend. Spray inside cracks and crevices of dressers and drawers if needed. If there are holes in the mattress then bed bugs may be inside and the mattress may need to be discarded. 4. Gentrol Aerosol - The IGR in Gentrol Aerosol provides preventative action, since it disrupts stored product pests' normal development. Hydroprene, the active ingredient, prevents stored product pest larvae from progressing to the pupal stage of development, so the larvae die before they become breeding adults - and future infestations. As a general surface spray or spot treatment, Gentrol Aerosol is applied with a sweeping motion over a surface. Its visible, dissipating foam virtually eliminates the chance of missing any areas.
